Vendor Registration Guide

The first step to being able to register for NOAC as a Vendor is to register with the BSA at https://my.scouting.org/VES/OnlineReg/1.0.0/?tu=UFMB-GRP77
Note: If you already have a BSA ID, skip this step and register in NOAERS

1. On the initial page, you will click “Start.”
2. If you have a my.scouting account, you can click “Yes.” If you’ve forgotten the username and/or password, you can fill it in after clicking yes or recover your information using “Forgot username/password.” If you do not have a my.scouting account, you will need to set up a my.scouting account at this step by completing the required information.
3. Individuals will have to accept the Disclosure pop-up to proceed with their application.
4. On the next page, complete the experience, residency, reference, additional information, and position sections. Under Position, it asks, “Are you applying to be a National Camp Staff (Adult), Consultant, Council Camp Staff (Adult), Merit Badge Counselor, Nova Counselor or Supernova Mentor?” Answer “Yes.”
5. You will be asked if you are applying for various listed positions, you need to click “yes” and select “Consultant.” (See Image 1)
6. Because we are using the same system used by all adult leaders, the option will default to subscribing to Scout’s Life Magazine, all you need to do is “unclick” that option in the shopping cart. (See Image 2)
7. There is no corresponding form for this position. You can ignore this warning.
8. Once you complete the online application you will be directed to the my.scouting landing page, from here you can complete the required Youth Protection Training. (See Image 3)

Note: Youth Protection Training is required for all vendors at 2024 NOAC
