Thrive Helps Make High Performing Lodges

Thrive is one of the premier engagement programs of the Order of the Arrow. As the national consulting program, Thrive helps lodges succeed in their operations and creates building blocks for lodges to prosper. Throughout the Thrive program, lodges can grow towards excellence in their performance and learn how to be models of the OA. Since 2020, Thrive has been hard at work helping develop lodges to become high performing. On average, lodges that participate in Thrive grow membership six times the national average.

Each lodge participating in Thrive is matched with a partner, who will encourage them to think outside of the box and create unique programs with the goal of increasing membership and improving their program. “It’s a really big step towards the next level to push your lodge through the Thrive program,” 2024 Eastern Region Chief Cameron Dalton remarked. Thrive challenges lodges to go above and beyond and helps provide them with new outlooks for future success. By working with their Thrive partners through a series of phases, lodge leaders gain the opportunity to work to become high performing and increase their membership.

At NOAC, Thrive will also sponsor events, like the Lodge Chief Olympics, to help introduce beneficial programs to lodges and introduce them to the Thrive program. Thrive will sponsor a booth at Boulder Bash and the Thrive stage at the Elevate Festival on Friday. If you are interested in learning more or assisting with Thrive, view more information here, or stop by their booth this week!
