Meet Your NOAC 2024 Youth Leadership

Youth leaders from around the country gathered in Boulder, CO, in December for the 2023 National Planning Meeting to select the NOAC Conference Committee leadership.

The program will be led by National Chief David Gosik and National Vice Chief John Andrew Segebarth and will be powered by more than 250 Arrowmen. A corps of 12 section chiefs elected as conference vice chiefs (or CVCs) at the planning meeting will assist in leading the effort. Under the leadership of these CVCs, the committees at NOAC will provide fun and learning to thousands of Scouts.

Here are the youth leaders selected to help lead NOAC through their service as conference vice chief:

Samuel Crowder – Activities and Recreation (ARC)

“I’m excited to be able to see people from across the nation, and to be able to enhance the program the best I can.”

He is an Economics major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his free time, he enjoys running long distance, playing basketball, and participating in the economics club.
